Shipping

All orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped from Sydney via courier with tracking. Delivery to your designated address is made with authority to leave at premises, if no-one is there to receive it. 

Delivery should be made within 2-10 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on destination.

Delight Candle Supplies currently calculate postage based on weight of your order and delivery destination, within Australia only.

Please note:

We do not dispatch or deliver at weekends or public holidays.

Delight Candle Supplies cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries for reasons outside of our control e.g. adverse weather conditions.

In cases where we are unable to deliver all the products within your order at the same time, or where there are multiple boxes within your consignment, you will only be charged once for delivery.

Product Quality

We source our glassware from quality manufacturers across the globe, whilst we strive for perfection we also understand that crafted products can suffer from minor imperfections to form and finish during the manufacturing process.

To ensure that the products meet our strict standards we undertake quality spot checks prior to shipping.  In the unlikely event that you receive goods that have imperfections that render them unsaleable, please contact us directly so that we can review the product issues with you.   

Returns and Refunds

Product Defect

We hope you are happy with our products but if for any reason you are not totally satisfied with product quality please contact us at for a refund or replacement.  You may return the product for a full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.  Proof of purchase must be provided and all shipping costs for return will be paid for by the buyer.

Please note we are unable to provide refunds or replacement without proof of purchase.

Goods Damaged in Transit

We are dedicated to offering you the highest level of customer service so Delight Homewares operates a full replacement policy for items damaged in transit.   In instances such as this all shipping costs will be covered by us, however you may be required to deliver goods to a local depot or be available for courier pickup.

Incorrect Goods

If your order should arrive and is different to the goods ordered please send a photo so we can organise a replacement or refund.  In instances such as this all shipping costs will be covered by us, however you may be required to deliver goods to a local depot or be available for courier pickup.

Change of mind

A ‘change of mind’ is when the customer buys an item but later decides or realises they have selected the wrong colour, size or product or it isn’t right for your requirements.  Delight Candle Supplies will happily exchange goods under these circumstances however all goods must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging, proof of purchase must be provided and all shipping costs for return and re-delivery will be paid for by the buyer.

Refund Payments

Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using PayPal, then the credit will be refunded to the same PayPal account.

Cancellations

An order can only be cancelled up to the point it is dispatched. As orders are usually sent within 48 hours of an order being placed, please contact us immediately before your order has left our control. After that point you will need to accept delivery and then return the order to us in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy above.

Packaging and the Environment

In order to protect the candle glass and other items purchased from us, we ensure our packaging is done thoroughly and carefully to eliminate, or at least minimise, breakage.

We use reinforced cardboard and bubble wrap to make sure your supplies arrive safe and sound!

Understanding the importance of minimising wastage, and to do our bit for the environment, Delight Candle Supplies uses recycled materials where we can. We also reuse the packing materials we receive in an extra effort to reduce our environmental impact.
